In our last article The Secret to Gaining Muscle we exposed the truth about the muscle industry. To summarize:
There is no muscle industry without drugs (steroids).
There is no such thing as getting into phenomenal shape with over-the-counter supplements like creatine and whey protein or with diet and training alone. The naturally lean and muscular body is a skinny one. The human body CANNOT produce excessive muscular size while maintaining low body-fat. A natural trainer has two options: be lean and muscular but look skinny in clothing or be big and look somewhat muscular in clothing but also be relatively fat.
Muscle stars do not tell you the truth because:
- They make money off our gullibility when they sell us worthless supplements that don't work (see the #1 supplement that ACTUALLY works).
- They don't want anyone to look like them, they want to be special and they don't want competition.
- If they told the truth about their drug use they would be thought of as “cheaters” instead of as “genetic freaks” and their livelihood would be instantly gone.
Every person who has attained great shape has used a cocktail of anabolic steroids, human growth hormone, insulin, diuretics, and narcotics. Every muscular person knows this and most of them will not tell you the truth. Steroids are not just used by a small number of meat-head bodybuilders. Steroids are used by a huge amount of people where strength, size, endurance, or appearance are of importance. Steroids are used for this reason:
On Steroids you go from Zero to Hero in a matter of weeks.
The list of people who ALWAYS use steroids are as follows: Bodybuilders, athletes (even skinny athletes who do not look like the average roid-head), fitness models, and weightlifters. There is no exception to this list. These people take drugs because they MUST take drugs to earn money or to win.
The list of people who commonly use steroids are: Police officers, firefighters, prison guards, movie and music stars, gym-rats, “natural” bodybuilders, men in the Armed Forces especially those serving in Special Units, divorced and single women over the age of 30 or 40 who want to look good, men over the age of 30-40 who want to look good, prisoners, people in the club scene, bouncers etc.. This list is endless.
With so many people using they must know something that natural trainers don't know. In this article we will look at the effects and side effects of these drugs.
ANABOLIC STEROIDS
Anabolic Androgen Steroids, commonly referred to as “AAS”. “Anabolic” is short for “Anabolism” which means cell growth (muscle growth) and “Androgen” is short for “Androgenic” which means virilising or affecting the development and maintenance of masculine characteristics. Anabolic steroids are the most commonly used drugs to develop a muscular physique.
AAS includes drugs which promote muscle and size gain and drugs that promote fat loss while maintaining muscle size. The most common anabolic steroids are:
- Synthetic Testosterone – First synthesized in the 1930's and used to great advantage on Russian Weighlifters. Testosterone is an injectable steroid. Testosterone comes in several different forms including: Testosterone Enanthate, Testosterone Cypionate, & Testosterone Propionate. Testosterone is the base for ALL steroid cycles (a length of time that a user uses steroids).
- Dianabol – First developed in the 1950's and spawning the entire bodybuilding industry. Dianabol (DBOL) is the most common and popular steroid of all time. Dianabol is an oral steroid meaning it is swallowed in pill form. Side effects include looking like Larry Scott.
- Deca Durabolin – Deca is an injectable steroid used to put on a lot of muscular size in a short time. Deca is also noted for it's ability to eliminate joint pain by “lubing” the joints. Deca is a hugely popular steroid. Side effects include getting jacked.
- Equipoise – Equipoise (EQ) is an injectable steroid originally used on horses. EQ is commonly used as a fat cutting drug and a stamina increasing drug (good for athletes).
- Sustanon – Sustanon is a combination of four different types of testosterone and is used to gain muscular size.
- Anavar – Anavar is an oral steroid typically used to cut fat while maintaining muscular size.
- Winstrol – Winstrol is a steroid used to cut body fat.
- Trenbolone – Trenbolone is an injectable steroid used to cut bodyfat while gaining muscular size. Side effects include making panties wet.
The most common reported side effects of responsible Anabolic steroid use are: Getting jacked, getting strong, gaining muscle size, increased stamina, ravenous appetite, ravenous sexual appetite, gaining confidence, and turning into He-Man.
Other, less fun, side effects include: Possible testicular atrophy, acne, possible premature hair loss if genetically pre-disposed, hair growth, possible gynocomastia, stunted growth (for the youngsters), possible kidney and liver problems and more.
Yes, Steroids have side effects. Every drug has side effects – as every TV commercial for any drug so comically points out. The truth is that Steroids cannot kill you. Steroids rarely cause impotence – in many countries steroids are used as sexual aides. Years of steroid ABUSE can cause hormonal problems and the inability to produce testosterone without the use of drugs.
Steroids are not the killer the lying media reports them to be.
The portayal of Steroids in the popular media is one lie after another. Testosterone is the base of steroids, Testosterone is THE male hormone and everything that has anything to with masculinity is wrong. In the emasculated media's eyes it's better to act like a weakling than to be a strong male. Estrogen is THE female hormone and it causes reduced muscle mass, increased fat gain, fluid retention, increased risk of breast cancer, and more undesirable affects. I'll bet you have seen commercials for estrogen pills and their great benefits and I'll guarantee you have never seen testosterone portrayed in anything other than a negative light. The truth is that steroids are downright helpful when used properly and not abused. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a Godsend for many men past the age of 30 because it helps the users feel young, healthy, and VITAL. Every man past his natural peak should probably supplement with Testosterone, even if not for cosmetic reasons.
OTHER DRUGS USED TO GAIN MUSCLE AND REDUCE BODY FAT:
Human Growth Hormone – Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is responsible for the gigantic size bodybuilders and athletes have been able to achieve. Anabolic steroids help to put on massive size and strength but only up to a point. Human Growth Hormone is the secret to walking around and looking like a Greek Statue with a huge amount of muscle and a low bodyfat percentage. HGH is how female fitness competitors get into shape. HGH is the entire reason Men and Women over the age of 30 can look like Gods and Goddesses.
Insulin – Insulin is used by bodybuilders and athletes to take their size to the ultimate max. Insulin is responsible for the disgusting pregnant bellies of bodybuilders. Side effects include: achieving super-human size and looking disgusting. Insulin is a very dangerous drugs and can kill you if used improperly.
Diuretics – Diuretics are used by bodybuilders and models to remove excess water from underneath the skin to achieve an abnormally lean and dry look. Frequent use and abuse of diuretics is very unhealthy and can do serious damage.
Narcotics – Narcotics and steroids go hand-in-hand. The type of people who are attracted to using steroids are the type of people who are attracted to using other drugs. After developing a Statue-esque physique a lot of guys want to go out and party and pick up chicks. They see it as a bright side that drugs like Cocaine and Meth-amphetamine also have a fat burning effect. Many, many, many people who start steroids are already drug users in the party scene. After using narcotics on a regular basis, injecting steroids is no big deal. And vice versa – after injecting steroids for a long time sniffing a little cocaine or taking ghb or ecstacy or injecting nubaine is no big deal. Painkillers are also very common for athletes to use and this is what leads to the real health problems – the combination of narcotics (or alcohol) and hormones is a real killer. If you decide to use steroids you should never, ever drink alcohol or use narcotics. Steroids by themselves will not, cannot, harm or kill you – it is only the combination of steroids and narcotics or alcohol that proves lethal. This is why so many wrestlers, athletes, & bodybuilders die prematurely.

Again, I am not advocating anyone use drugs, I don't even use tylenol (a far more dangerous drug than steroids), but I am telling you that Steroids aren't the demon they are portrayed as. I want you all to know the truth, even though it can be depressing. I don't want anyone chasing the dragon when their body is already at it's natural peak but you can have and maintain a good, natural physique and no one should use steroids unless they have built muscle naturally first or they are past their testosterone producing prime (approx. 30 years old). listen I need help. ive been lifting since the eighth grade playing sports started officially bodybuilding two years ago currently a senior in high school. ive done everything as far as training and dieting and supplementation ive went from shrimp to marshmellow boy to skinny ripped guy but nothing spectacular I need a good physique ive worked way to hard countless hours in the gym what should I do at my age steroids?
As far as help goes & taking steroids now. It depends. No offense, you didn’t state your age, height, weight, whats your diet like, how many days at the gym you work out, do you go to the gym under 30 minutes or at least an hour? etc.
Also, you got to listen to your body when you working out. I know lots of guys that forget that, and truly think they are growing when they are lifting. Thats not the case at all. You always here to true pros. that know 100% you need proper rest as well to grow, maintain etc. So listen to your body, after you workout, are you hungry or feeling drowsy? For example, I been lifting on and off most of my life, not at 35, believe it or not, I’m more dedicated then ever. After my workout, I’m usually crazy hungry, then would want a nap, so its exactly what I do. Eat after my workout, stretch a bit, hit the sack, wake up, do a round of push ups and carry on for the rest of my day. And I always, I mean always get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep.
I literally been keeping my body in the greatest of shape now for over 6 years, hell I’m in my highschool waist size and hasn’t changed.
To cut the long story short, its possible you could experiment with some test. to get a little boost and get a better physique. I’m over seas & yes I’m not guilty, I’m proud, I now presently, take sustanon 250 and stack it with Andriol. Some pros. will ask, why Andriol, its so weak. Well thats the whole point… I don’t plan on enlisting for Mr.Olympia, I just keep in great shape, I watch my doses and now I feel the best I ever have. No joke, I don’t experience no sides what so ever, Sh*t you not. No sides! My testes never shrink, no acne, no roid rage, nothing. And yes, I do take a little bit of Nolvadex after a cycle, just incase! And as I mentioned, all dose related, I start with 1 amp for 2 weeks + Andriol, then 2 amps a week + andriol for 6 weeks, then trail off back down to 1 amp a week+ andriol etc. Then 3 weeks after my last pin, I do some nolva. And I’m great.
So again, I had some people ask me, why the andriol with the susta250. Simple, its like I said, I’m doing this to keep me in great shape, feel great and not go over board. The susta stays in your blood for a long time, so I don’t need to pin so much, the andriol will keep my test/blood leveled throughout the cycle as well. Since each oil pill lasts around 8-10 hours in the system, etc.
Heck I even did a cycle with pinning susta only once a week with andriol and I still got some nice gains, felt great and again, no sides. But everyone body is different and lifestyle is different. If you wanna play around with your body, drink party, smoke, hit the gym while doing over 1000MG a week of any type of steroid, well thats on that individual and not me.
Next question I get or insult, is: Your cheating, why do this stuff? Since I looked great naturally to begin with.
Answer: Simple: I’m 35 now, start to feel a little weaker, little tired at age 28, plus I’m married, kids, pay bills, I want to stay/feel young and this has helped me tremendously! Plus like I said I live abroad: Sustanon 250 is only 3-5$ an amp of here, I get a box of Andriol for only $8 as well. So very affordable for me. And I’m lucky that these two products work for me perfectly with no issues. Will I be doing them forever? No. I will take a break from them in the next year or two, to see how my body is. If I feel that I will slow down a lot, then I might re-cycle up again for another year. etc. I do this to keep me maintained, to keep my body, part recreation/enjoyment and of course to keep my wife happy! lol
Also as for the cheating insult: Really? Cheating? So define cheating? Is it not truly myself going to the gym, hitting the weights harder, training harder as well. Is not it me physically picking up that iron off the floor, is that not me physically training? Cheating to me would be like this: You claimed you benched 500LBS. for example, people saw you lift it at east, but those people didn’t know the weights were just filled plastic and plated steel, etc. Now thats CHEATING!
Steroids is not a miracle worker, you must make them work. Try doing a cycle of anything and sit at home and see how well they workout for you bro ;)
Now that I typed a novel to you, thought I’d share a little of my experience. And before you think upon a cycle of gear. Get your testosterone/blood levels checked. Go to your doctor. Tell him your goals. They can tell you if you need test. or not. etc.

Ah, sorry, I read your story a bit wrong bit wrong lol… Well, Being your only a senior in high school. I wouldn’t even look at the gear-hormone world right now. Your far too young. Unless, like I said, if you went to a doctor and said you have some kind of hormone imbalance/testosterone deficiency. Then, sorry to break it to ya, there’s no point. You have far too much growing to do, your body is still producing natural test! If you want a natural boost, what I done for many years, it tastes very strong, but it works! Its also what I take now after a cycle. Start taking Terrestris Tribulus ( trust me it works ) You can even take more, then recommended dose, nothing will happen, I take it two to four times a day after a cycle and stack it with maca root, gingseng, you can still take a bit of creatine, Amino Acid complex with L-Arginine, and of course a pure protein drink ( whey protein isolate. Don’t get anything loaded with sugars, especially if it gots too much artificials and stay away from high fructose b.s .. that’s not a supplement, that’s chemical garbage. I get all my stuff from Nutrabio. Not promoting them… its the only safe lab thats makes pure stuff without sugar and b.s, you can get mild flavor stuff or pure unflavored protein, I put it in my oatmeal etc.. Check em out. Prices are great. Don’t just depend on supplements though, as I said earlier. You need to eat, train, rest. etc.
I train one day on, one day off, 4 times a week, OR 2days on, one day off, then 2 days on…. People say you need 5-6 times a week and workout twice a day..lol b.s again. Those types get it in their head too much and wonder why they hit major plateaus… 4 times a week, HARDCORE training is enough, if you need to workout more, then just walk, light jog, bicycle, swim or sports.. on your days off. I train hard, I have the experience and lift heavy ( not over do it of course ) but to keep mass and a harder physique. I don’t play in the gym at all. When I come out, trust me, I’m soaked in sweat head to toe, people even think I jumped in the water with my clothes on. After I’m done… That my friend is what you call a workout!
Remember too: DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! At least 3-4Liters a day.
No soda, skip fast food, watch your snacks, eat clean..
make home cooked meals, no meals from the box none of that garbage,,,….
The basics, fruits, veggies, meats, careful on the cold cuts, skip bacon too, but have eggs… thats another story. People are alllll boo hoo, cholesterol, sorry, thats a mishap.. read on it. You need it. The healthy cholesterol is what testosterone is made up of! Study and find out! Its bad cholesterol is what you don’t want. So boil your eggs! Healthier… Steam, bake, bbq your foods… now your eating clean…
When you hit over 22-24 your body will change and able to bulk easier. Everyones genetics is different. I was stocky in highschool, but thats my genetics on both sides of the family, we are all farmers, athletes, military, bodybuilders and so forth. So it’s a blessing for me and easier to bulk up…
Like I said, I wouldn’t mess with anything at your age, unless the doctor says you need it, or its on you.. if your planning to hit the pros on stage, being promoted or something. Then well, you know what to do… Just do what you can do for now, bodybuilding is a lifestyle/ lifetime. It can take you over 5-10 yrs to build up a great body. Even longer, depends. What I’m sayin is, you can’t just bounce in & out of it. Yes I did say I have trained on and off at the gym in the past… BUT, I always stayed active. I just didn’t always have the time or money to stay massive. Super read, you mentioned that if your using steriods then you shouldnt drink alcohal. My question is if your using lets say anavar or dianabol, (which according to the above article is used for cutting fat whilst maintaining muscle not increased) – can you use it to achieve your desired result and drink once your off it?

What do you think about Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack root extract)? From what I’ve read it naturally boosts testosterone by increasing the body’s level of Luteinizing Hormone, which signals the balls to make more. Rather than replacing the testosterone from your balls, it makes them work extra hard to make even more of it. Nothing I’ve read seems to suggest that you get any of the negative effects of steroids but still get quite a testosterone boost. Although apparently it has to be cycled with something like 10 days on 5 days off. Your thoughts?

A bodybuilder friend once told me a long time ago that if you’re going to spend a bunch of money on supplements that have higher side effects than steroids, why not just take steroids? The media sensationalizes the idiots that overdose, the guys who can’t stop using steroids and are usually addicted to a mess of other stuff as well. However, science has no answer for the guy who works out religiously, doesn’t drink, doesn’t experiment with recreational drugs and takes a cycle once a year. The real answer, because nothing happens. Men’s Health (surprisingly) wrote a story on this years ago that was unbiased. As long as you’re not an idiot, you eat clean, exercise and use it responsibly there really are no problems. You have to know what you’re doing and have a doctor monitoring you. Shit, look at Ronnie Coleman, if all that was true he would have been dead years ago. Now I’m not advocating either way. I’m naturally 245 and never had any desire to “get big” since frankly my joints feel like shit now, can’t imagine what they would feel like with another 20-30lbs crushing down on them. All I’m saying is that if you are genetically a bean pole, maybe it’s time to consider some help. No one really cares how you got there, it’s just that you got there. Case in point, no one remembers Bill Gates’ friendly competition who played by the rules.

I hope when part 3 comes out you delve into the necessary Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) for steroid use. My first cycle was a simple stack of Testosterone and some Anavar. But I did my PCT wrong (advice taken from “bro-science”) and I crashed hard. I experienced erectile dysfunction at the worst possible time (at an afternoon sex party with a bunch of young hotties – still depresses me to think about that). My second cycle was Testosterone, Dianabol and Primobolan but I did my homework on a proper PCT and I never crashed. In fact I got stronger afterwards and kept most of my gains – it was great. Now I am about to start my third cycle. This time I am already cut so I plan to stop IF (leangains) and eat like a horse. The Test, Deca and Dbol should provide nice gains over a 12 week period. You can bet I will be doing another proper PCT!

The most honest and most truthful article I’ve read in a while. The public is so naive and milead and “natural” bodybuilders and athletes have to lie and vilainize perfomance enhancing drugs to be politically correct. That shredded 150 lb teen is usong… that super built 25 year old is usng. That epitome of health 35yo uses. They all have a few things in common, they are healthy, in phenomenal physical shape, and tbey totally condemn steroid uses. And the minority who comment like they actually know better, wake up because what you read here is the truth!
Good point on the “most women don’t even like it”. It’s a generalization, but when I started really working out and saw serious gains, I know suddenly more women showed interest and some partners would openly fawn over my body. But I think the ones who were into awing over it were the exception. As I worked out more regularly my voice deepened and the way I walked and carried myself changed. I think this was the main attraction difference.
But I would agree most women aren’t really into jacked guys. My ex was, but she was unusual and it had to do with her specific psychology, where she wanted a particularly muscled man for a lot of reasons.

For me, the dead giveaway is the “quality” of someones physique. You can be big naturally. You can be lean naturally. But when someone has exceptional muscle mass and their skin looks like plastic wrap stretched over granite year round, you know something’s up.

I’m currently on a pct got two weeks to go. In two weeks I want to start hgh. Can I start it straight away or should I take a break(how long? And why?) as I am lead to believe the whole point is keeping test levels high. Just so u no what my reasons for training are to look athletic and to help aid fitness in playing football.
Bud HGH isn’t going to keep your test high, it will keep your IGF high. But to answer your question with a question, why would you wait? What purpose does it serve you to wait?

You are going to take something and you don’t even know what it is? HGH is not a steroid. It is a peptide, it will not shut you down like anabolic steroids.
I’m 53 years old and my doc started me on 250 mg. of testosterone every 3 weeks, do you think that will help at all with increase of muscle, with my workout routine or is that too low of a dose?
It will help, but you won’t be turning into Lou Ferrigno. That is a very low dose and once every three weeks is too long to wait. 250mg once per 3 weeks is 80mg per week, that’s very low. For optimum results you need once per week dosing to keep your blood levels stable.
Well I finished my 21 day cycle yesterday of the Dr Max Powers Anabolic Stack. I bought my can for about $50 online which is a great value considering that overall I was quite satisfied with my results.
I’m 6’1″, 196lbs, and 21 yrs old. Right now this is about my 6th month of dedicated lifting. I have read the entire article man :)…i’m 24 and started lifting 2 years and 9 months ago, at 125 lbs…now im 170 lbs, 5’11.Im an ectomorph and as a known fact im dealing with trouble when coming to gains. If i compare from where i started there’s a big difference, everyone, family, some friends, tell me that im in a very good shape (aroung 10-12% bf- 4 pack visible, lateral abs also), but..there is a BUT…i want more and i knew from some time by now that all you say here is true. It’s so damn hard to gain 2 pounds of real muscle after almost 3 years of training.It’s sad..anyone had or has an ideal look/guy, which inspires him, but if you realize the truth, it’s hard. DO NOT use steroids when you weigh 125 lbs. You can get up to 170 naturally. You have to eat big and lift heavy. And if you say you’re already eating a lot then you don’t realize how much you need to eat to put on weight. Vic’s has some articles here that tell you what to do and check out his book, Body of a Spartan, as well. Just don’t do steroids at 125 lbs, steroids are for guys at their natural limit (185 to 200 lbs) not people who weigh 125 lbs.
I have never used steroids, only constancy at the gym, food and supplements.At the beginning i used to go 5 or badly 6 times a week to the gym.After few months i realized that’s a mistake and went down to 4 times a week, workouts about 45-70 min not more.
About supplements, i took alot of gainers, i didn’t use creatine in the frist year and a half because i was scared about my kidnees. 170 lbs are not that much, i’m looking in the mirror and i want more, but it’s hard, very hard by now.

And yes I second the INSULIN part – its VERY VERY dangerous, many patients even die under professional care if the computation of dosage is a little off – you can really die due to hypoglycemia specifically your brain will be out of calories to use.
I can basically tell the difference of bodies that can realistically be achieved with no steroids – the only problem is if a client doesn’t even want to work hard and skip directly to steroids – that is when progress becomes temporary.
I agreee- only a seasoned lifter who has achieved the limmits of their genetics must use roids. That is the same thing that Lee Priest says – those guys are no BS they say they are on when they are on.
on the abuse part- yeah, even a simple stuff like coffee can be abused- I myself could end up sleeping the whole day without coffee – I think that is a side effect- HELL they should BAN COFFEE AS WELL!!!!

No, you need to build a base before you touch gear. You need to know how to eat and lift. If you can’t eat and lift without gear you’ll still look like shit on gear. You’ll be one of those guys on 10 different compounds and still looks like he barely goes to the gym.

After living with him for a few months i really have come to no other conclusion than the one you have presented in your article. I’m a collegiate golfer, 5’7 age 21. I’ve lifted consistently for 5 years..made gains but genetically i’m just not getting bigger. is 21 (almost 22) too young to start in your opinion? My roomate gets top-of-the-line gear from his friends at a lab. just looking for positivity before i start from someone other than my buddy. he is recommending Test/EQ for my first cycle and a PCT obviously.

Wait till you hit 30. Trust me, you WILL explode at 30. Organ mass, thicker bones. When I hit 28 I was 234, I started working out again at 30, got up to 277lbs, I’m 5’6. Lifted heavy, always gaining strength, was STILL gaining weight until I decided to go on a cut to win a contest. :) Cut out the carbs and went paleo. :) Now I’m 207lb and STILL getting cut. Trust me, you get those old man muscles kicking in when you hit 30. :P
Hi victor i have been working out since 13 and I’m 21 almost now. I have went from 120 to 191 with 16 or 17% body fat and very muscular. but i don’t have the look i want. I agree that a lot of people out there are on steroids, but it hurts when you say every one who looks good is on steroids. In fact, you are labeling anyone with your ‘belief’ without any proof in your hands. Alright, let’s tell you that I am a natural professional bodybuilder with a great shape. It doesn’t matter if you think that I’m on steroids or other chemicals and it doesn’t make me a juicer too. What if I know something about the sport that you don’t know? Do you think I as a natural do not use steroids for fear of being called a ‘cheater’? The answer is that any true natural bodybuilder has his own reasons. A lot of them would tell you that it is cheating, but i have different reason. 1) your ego and life will depend on the juice. If you go off for a year for example, your muscles start to shrink, no matter how hard you train and eat. Then you hear people telling you that you have shrank. Since this kinds of comments hurts too much for a bodybuilder, you may feel that you need to go on another cycle to get back on track. 2) Muscles induced by steroids are temporary. We all know that if you stop training, you get smaller in size independent of drug use. But this is escalated when the muscle has grown by use of drugs. All in all, as a real natural bodybuilder I can tell you that steroids are not that dangerous and if you want to do a cycle, you have to make sure you will not become dependent on drugs. I can give steroids a one big like and this is the reality that cycling even once in your lifetime, gives you the edge over anybody who trains naturally. In other words, researchers had found that using steroids even once changes your skeletal muscle patterns in a good way. My advice is that you are the one who choose to use them or not, but my suggestion is that if you ever decided to use them, go on steroids and stay away from other drugs like HGH, insulin and other hormones.

I’ve been a lurker on your site and it’s really been an interesting one. I mean, your blog just tells it like it is, without beating around the bush. Something that I wanted to know, would using clomid be considered cheating? I’ve been into bodybuilding for a while and using a lot of soya. I’ve read that it contains estrogen and well, clomid is an excellent estrogen blocker. About the only thing that I’m worried about is that it raises testosterone levels…which I feel is ‘cheating’….but at the same time, I wouldn’t want to sacrifice what it means to be male for the sake of ‘ethics’ or ‘honesty’…
I’m not talking about the legal part…I just want to know your stance on the ethical part…
