Hello friendly friends.
Here is episode 4 of the Bold and Determined Podcast.
In the last episode we discussed the banning of Alex Jones and Roosh V., and the possibility of socialism in America.
This week we go into some esoteric topics like ancient religious documents, what's the deal with spirits or higher beings, and I received many questions about the all-meat/carnivore diet.
Before we get started…

Opening thoughts: We have no answer for the past. We have amnesia. We yearn for truth and knowledge. Our history has been decimated. Our libraries burned. Our ancient relics “rebuilt” or burned to the ground. Television replaced oral history and we stopped learning our own fairy tales. Knowledge is power, but we seem to be powerless. Imagine if you could spend a year at the library in Alexandria, oh the knowledge you would have.
“There is only one good, knowledge, and one evil, ignorance.” -Socrates
Michael asks… (4:00)
Hey Vic, What are you thoughts on the Emerald Tablets of Thoth/other ancient texts? Do you feel that they can provide a lighted path for those seeking greatness?
To give you an idea of the Emerald Tablets, here is a short quote:
“Far, through strange spaces, have I journeyed
into the depth of the abyss of time,
until in the end all was revealed.
Know ye that mystery is only mystery
when it is knowledge unknown to man.
When ye have plumbed the heart of all mystery,
knowledge and wisdom will surely be thine.
Seek ye and learn that TIME is the secret
whereby ye may be free of this space.
Long have I, WISDOM, sought wisdom;
aye, and shall seek of eternity's end
for know that ever before me receding
shall move the goal I seek to attain.
Even the LORDS of the CYCLES
know that not yet have THEY reached the goal,
For with all of their wisdom,
they know that TRUTH ever grows.
Once, in a past time, I spoke to the Dweller.
Asked of the mystery of time and space.
Asked him the question that surged in my being,
saying: O Master, what is time?
Then to me spoke HE, the Master:
Know ye, O Thoth, in the beginning
there was VOID and nothingness,
a timeless, spaceless, nothingness.
And into the nothingness came a thought,
purposeful, all-pervading,
and It filled the VOID.
There existed no matter, only force,
a movement, a vortex, or vibration
of the purposeful thought
that filled the VOID.
And I questioned the Master, saying:
Was this thought eternal?
And answered me the DWELLER, Saying:
In the beginning, there was eternal thought,
and for thought to be eternal, time must exist.
So into the all-pervading thought
grew the LAW of TIME.
Aye time which exists through all space,
floating in a smooth, rhythmic movement
that is eternally in a state of fixation.
Time changes not,
but all things change in time.
For time is the force
that holds events separate,
each in its own proper place.
Time is not in motion,
but ye move through time
as your consciousness
moves from one event to another.
Aye, by time yet exist, all in all,
an eternal ONE existence.
Know ye that even though in the time ye are separate,
yet still are ONE, in all times existent.
Ceased then the voice of the DWELLER,
and departed I to ponder on time.
For knew I that in these words lay wisdom
and a way to explore the mysteries of time.”
Leo asks… (10:05)
I have gotten bigger, mainly through exercise, but diet is nonexistent. Everyone has noticed it, but I have more of a burly lumberjack look rather than a Greek statue. At some point I lost weight but I got too small, so I decided to stay big, but I also have fat on my belly and love handles.
Long story short: how to stay big but look like a Greek statue? Is it as simple as having a low carb diet (tried that for 8 months, got smaller)?
Take muscle preserving and muscle growing supplements while you diet. If you diet naturally, you will lose both fat and muscle. The muscle has to be preserved by an outside ingredient to keep it. Meat is meat and the body will eat it all, whether it is fat or muscle. The hormones that control the muscle must be increased and turned on to keep the muscle in the absence of calories. Take Red Growth next time you diet and your results will be a whole different story.

Victor, my question is this. I am generally passive about life. I have been reading your blog, been going to the gym, also hitting on girls, doing business but sometimes I feel like my mind is just floating around. My libido is very low. Couldn’t care less if I get laid or not. I avoid tensions and when in social situations I don’t care for others very much.I usually am relaxed and not participating ina conversation. I’m too self involved with my relaxed state. My opinions are not strong and I can’t hold a conversation. One of my friends got in a fight today.. I couldn’t imagine myself doing that. I haven’t punched anyone even in my dream. But I know this can’t be normal because a man needs to be dynamic and to make things happen.
Also it’s very bizarre but I’d rather stay home and jerk off than have sex. 100 times better.
How do I get out of this? My friends say they would love to be as relaxed as I am but I just don’t feel like a man. I hate being this way and I want to change it.

I lived in Thailand for a year myself and I found myself nodding in agreement with all of your reasons why it’s not a place I would move back to, mainly the pollution and vast cultural differences.
You mentioned you’ve been traveling for a year and a half or so. What’s been your favorite new spot that you’ve checked out and why?
Also, has Ms. Pride been accompanying you on your travels and back to America? Your “Return of the Firestarter” post is still one of your all-time best in my opinion.

Nirantha asks… (24:36)
Dear Vic, do you listen to records, what kind of records do you recommend?
Gerasimos asks… (25:20)
I moved to another city and a new handball team. After playing despite them telling me to get out the old guys there gave me a talk about how I should give them more play time DURING TRAINING because they’re the ones playing the games (said it in a really aggressive manner). However that wouldn’t allow me to improve as a player. What do I do next?
Mike asks… (25:46)
Hey Vic, how do I manage endless anger? I don't really know where it comes from… I feel like I am born angry. I am not angry at particular things, but sometimes with myself. Other than that, most of the times I am angry for no reason. Being angry does not let me act clearly, focus and work on my goals. I go to the gym almost every day but that is not enough for my anger to go away. I also feel that I fear something that I do not actually know what that is. Any practices for fear and anger?
James asks… (28:27)
Have you used any of the penis enhancement exercises from Good Looking Loser? Do you have any thoughts on penis enhancement, especially for young men?

What do you think about A.I. and the effects on: Low skilled labor, High Skilled labor (B&D) and privacy / freedom?

I’d be interested to hear what your typical daily diet is. I’m going to give the carnivore diet a go and would like a rough framework to begin from. Ex. Breakfast 3-6 eggs, lunch 1/2 baked chicken breast, diner large steak, pork chop, or fish. Snacks, jerky, hb eggs, sardines… Also, I assume you use oils, butter to cook with.
Alex asks… (31:56)
Do you do any calorie counting or just eat until full?
DNF asks… (33:13)
Hey Victor, what are the best foods for boosting libido on the carnivore diet? Would you recommend having all the meat raw or is having some cooked meat ok?
Raw oyster.
Joseph asks… (34:07)
Would it be effective to build muscle and size eating the carnivore diet? Even for someone who requires 5000 calories per day to even gain weight. My current diet consists of potatoes, sweet potatoes, meat, fish, eggs etc. I cut out grains and feel my digestion is better, however would only eating meat make me feel better and also get stronger and gain weight at the same time?
Guillaume asks… (35:40)
You said in the podcast, that rice will make you sick but do you know that 2 billions of people eat rice every day?
And one billion people smoke cigarettes.
Rice is eaten in a part of the world where human misery and want is very visible. It is not something to be mimicked.
Chez Cantera… (37:20)
What is your recommendations for someone who has pre hypertension? All the info on the web say to stay away from red meat. I know you’re a big advocate on red meat and animal fats. Sunday777 asks… (39:25)
Victor ? How can I stop masturbating if I keep experiencing wet dreams? It leads me to masturbate. Please help me.
Ulysses asks… (40:33)
Do you think that “love” as we were taught it is (that warm fuzzy feeling that makes you want a girl so bad – and in the movies, she wants you too LOL) is a total lie?
The more experience I get with women the more it seems that when I act like they’re my sex slaves (thank you for the accurate advice btw) the more they dig it. If I get that warm fuzzy feeling and I tell them how much I appreciate them, it tends to backfire. They lose interest. I feel I have to manipulate them sometimes, using cock and whip, as they say in my country.
It seems I need to discipline myself, have feelings but not express them. Or maybe I’m not obsessed with my vision enough. What do you think?
MoneyStudy asks… (42:40)
Do you still believe the U.S. is like the fall of Rome? I don’t feel it every day but certainly every year it gets a little bit harder to see my country move to in the wrong direction, I put the expiration date at 2060 at the latest.
A country is the people. When the demographics change, the country disappears. The people are too preoccupied to notice their own demise. This thing has happened in history countless times.
According to The Fate of Empires, an essay laying out the life cycle of an empire, the average lifespan of an empire is 250 years. The life cycle of an empire is broken down into six ages. They are:
- The Age of Pioneers
- The Age of Conquest
- The Age of Commerce
- The Age of Affluence
- The Age of Intellectualism
- The Age of Decadence
Guess which age we are in.

Hey Vic! I’m in my early 30’s and I work in real estate. I am ready to marry, have children, and live a simpler life, however as you know, the US is not a good place to raise families anymore.
I am considering moving to Russia. Russia is not perfect, but at least boys can be boys, girls can be girls, and the state supports Russian families – they even pay parents allowances for 18 months after they have their first child.
The biggest problem with moving would be giving up my profession here. Do you think things will improve in the US, or should I start a new life abroad?
Otávio asks… (57:00)
How can we (reliably) find grass-fed food around the world?
There are a lot of mischievous practices which lead us to think something is natural, grass-fed, or related but in reality is something else entirely. You mentioned meeting the farmers personally and learning about who they supply. But maybe there is something interesting you’d like to add to that.
BecomingStronger asks… (58:12)
Hi, since I'm building more discipline I gained more self-confidence and strength, but people who know my weak person still belittle me and order me around especially at work. I don't know how to react to this, since I don’t want to be submissive to anyone anymore, I do the tasks if they talk to me with respect not from above.
So how do I get more respect from people? And how can I become an entrepreneur if I don’t have specialized knowledge. (I work in the accountant department).
Floriao asks… (1:00:10)
Do you use any nootropics to date? I am mostly sitting alone playing video games as a job (eSports) and can tired of playing sometimes after 8+ hours. Staying awake one of the biggest concerns. I wanna get far up away from my opposition/competitors and put more time in, how would you do that?
I recommend Red Coffee, Red Focus, and Red Burner – but be careful to take at least 2 days off all supplements each week. Performance enhancing supplements are a means to an end (the end is better performance) but they should not be an everyday way of life.
Sebastian Heart asks… (1:02:00)

I read your blog everyday before starting my day. I hit the gym everyday, no rest days, no cheat days, Body of a Spartan has helped me a lot. The main problem is not about my fitness, it about my parents, I want to start my own journey in my life. My parents are too dominating and I have no independence. I'm just 18 and they forced me to do a job.
You said about moving, problem is they have my passport, they control my finances, of ever I want money I've to go beg for my own money. Any idea how can I cope up with this kind of abuse. Truth is this blog has become my number one mentor in my life.
Brock way asks… (1:20:10)
Keep it Up Victor – Want to thank you for your support, since I was 16 I started reading your blog and when I think of who influenced me most towards how I am/live now you're the first. I now make a living online and live on my own terms at 19. You’re a legend!
I have a question about Building a brand. I’m just about to start my blog (Self development + Money) and was wondering what your thoughts are on linking your domain name to Instagram, YouTube and other social media accounts. Does this matter? I was thinking about just linking it to my own personal Name because its easier.. What are your thoughts on this?

What’s the best way to drive traffic to your products sales page. I link to my products within and at the end of my articles I also advertise them on the primary sidebar of my blog. Is that too much advertising? Is there anything else you would recommend, or should I just continue creating content to increase traffic and sales.
Also, I noticed you dropped your eBook prices by a penny. I’ve read that prices ending in “99” do better. Have you seen a significant difference in sales since making the change in price?
Have you tried a pop up?
I feel that pop ups are spammy. What has your experience been with them?
I haven’t tried it with a product landing page, however I now have an email subscription pop up form and I am getting more subscribers to my blog. My advice would be to give it a shot for a month and see how it does. You need some raw data to study. Numbers don’t lie. Best of luck.
Thanks Jack.
Ι have my awesome coffee by me and I’m ready to listen to this week’s podcast.
These podcasts have become my companionship every week.
My questions:
a)can you build size and gain weight with bodyweight workouts? Like 50 pushups- 100 situps – 100 bodyweight squats (+ some shoulder presses and bicep curls with a pair of dumbbells) 3 days a week. I feel that they aim primarily for fat loss and shredndess rather than hypertrophy. Any recommendations?
b)I hear and read everywhere to drink as much water as possible. Anytime I drink big amounts of water, I find myself visiting the bathroom constantly. For example, if I drink half a litre of water after I wake up, I will probably go to the bathroom at least 2 times in the next hour. But when I don’t drink water I feel the dehydration, a bit of bad mood, etc Do you have any tips and reliable advice about this topic?
Great podcast. Listening must be like paying a visit to the library of Alexandria.
Question : Do you ever notice that you lose momentum and slowly divert back to old habits you try to avoid ? Like for example slowly stop going to the gym and watching more TV as you used to previously. If so, what is the process you personally use to ground yourself once again and stay on the right path? Sometimes it seems that I sprint into the right direction and take many rests in between instead of moving towards my goals at a steady pace.
Thanks and have a great day.
Love your podcast. It motivates and inspires me to work on my own blog and projects.
Hey Victor,
On time you should look deep into U.G. Krishnamurti. He is a totally no bullshit guy who talks about enlightenment. He even says what you say, as there is no point to become enlightened and when you become enlightened you DIE so don’t touch it with a ten foot pole. His whole existence was to demystify the mystical. Thought is the only thing that gives continuity to time. Here’s a video of him talking about continuity. He’s the only supposedly enlightened man who simply said “don’t waste time with enlightenment, go make money!”.

Do you still take Modafinil? Why of why not?
What’s up Vic!
Long time reader and fellow blogger.
First off, thank you for putting out this podcast. As a Christian man even though we don’t see eye to eye you do get me thinking about things.
I do believe that the ghosts you are referring to are demons and out of the simple jealousy that we are chosen as God’s #1 creation they will do anything in their power to bring us down to their level be it through drinking, drugs, and exploiting our weaknesses.
As for why things repeat in ancient texts, I believe that it’s because of their lack of punctuation. For instance where we would use an exclamation point they would repeat a phrase to bring more meaning to it. Also if it was passed down by word of mouth before being written I’d imagine they repeated the main point in different ways so that the main point to whoever they were talking to stayed in their mind.
Another thing is in a previous podcast you said that Satan was just an invention of man to keep people scared. I believe that he is very real but we have no reason to fear him. Through Christ we have victory over him so there’s nothing to fear because he’s already been defeated.
Anyways thanks for putting this all out and teaching us that we don’t have to be bound by the life we’ve been told we have to live!!
There’s greatness out there for all of us to achieve just so long as we take life by the balls and do it.
-Luke
Interesting podcast Victor.
The ghosts got me thinking as well Luke, and I believe they are demons as well.
Noticed it in this generation’s rappers. Lil peep comes to mind. Legit possessed, first depressed, then turned gay, then suicide.
Everyone’s quick to dismiss God because of lack of proof and belief, but its that blind faith that gets you to heaven.
Why does the Bible say you gotta be like a child to enter heaven?
Because a child has crazy blind faith.
Heaven and making it in business ain’t so different.
Just like in business you need blind faith to make it, you have no guarantee, evidence, proof, etc, that you’ll make it in business, you just have your blind faith.
That blind faith makes you free and wealthy.
That blind faith opens the gates of heaven for you.
Marcel is that you??
Yes it’s that faith like a child that opens it up to us agreed 100%.
And that same faith that lets us live less complicated.
I’ll have to look up lil peep that sounds weird as hell.
Yeah bro, how you been?
Doing great my man.
Hustling hard on Sweet Machine and ready to expand into the world of podcasting.

What do you think about videogames?
Thanks for answering Vic. Awesome content as usual.
I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the meaning of life next Thursday.
Hey Mike, are you the guy who is always pissed off? (Asked the question about anger)
I’m not sure what you mean, Marco, but no, I’m not always pissed off…
…although I’m told that I look like I am.
Peace.
Alright, thanks for the reply. Another sensible and interesting podcast, Victor!
I want to weigh-in on your observation about believing in ghosts.
You said poor people all believe in ghosts. At that moment I had a thought. Poor people often think that life happens TO them, not that they MAKE life happen. Rich people often think the opposite, in a mentality of causality. They have the confidence that their actions bring them their wealth and that that extends to everything else. Poor people think life happens despite what they do.
Maybe there is a link here, especially in the belief that ghosts are there to cause mischief.
Hey Vic,
I know you’ve gone into this before but can explain how I can gain weight by eating three meals per day as a skinny guy with s fast metabolism. Do I not need to count calories?
Hey Victor, just want to say I bought body of a spartan and it’s awesome. I stopped by the book store the other day and found the art of the deal. I read the first few pages and realized how much time I and most people waste. What are things you have changed in your life to save valuable time?
To the ghosts subject I think most stories are just made up because people have to much time on their hand or they won’t take responsibility for their shitty lives.
Would you consider yourself tolerant? My friends say about me there are only two opinions my and wrong. When I am drunk I am very tolerant but sober I get mourderous thoughts quite often.
The last podcast was fantastic and rich in details, to continue the depth I have 3 questions:
First: Im at a crossroads wether I A) work part time as a freelancer for 3-4 years to make money while my blog is growing or b) give up freedom for 1 entire year to work a high income, high stress contracting job, then quit cold turkey to live off savings. This seems more time efficient, perhaps I could invest part of my savings like in the book: the richest man in Babylon. What would you do in this situation Victor?
Second: I’m underweight already. Include carbs to reach calories or just go carnivore regardless? I’m tired of being skinny even though I always get told in the gym I am strong for my size.
Third question: The only butter I can access is pasteurized. Still better than carbs? Now that carnivore is on the rise, veganism will be exposed for the false idol it is.
Much respect, until next time.
Another question I think is important:
Now that you aren’t drinking raw goats milk, How do you get your electrolytes and hydration in? Whenever I’ve done a Keto diet I’ve had no choice but to resort to drinking glasses of potassium powder and salt water, otherwise I’d experience a drained droopy feeling throughout the day. I’d love to hear your successful alternative, I know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.
Thanks Vic, you’re the man.
How to break porn/masturbation addiction?
What do you think about vaccines?
Are they bullshit or are they good for us?
I haven’t had a flu shot or vaccine since I was 15 years old and I’m now 24. It’s very rare that I get sick compared to other people who regularly get these shots.
Here is an interesting take on vaccines that you will enjoy:

Hey Vic,
Loving the podcasts. Just as you said they would, they’ve already sparked some ideas for my own content.
My question relates to martial arts. I started boxing a little over four months ago and absolutely love it. Fighting has brought a deeper level of focus back to my game. Which martial arts have you trained, and do you still actively practice any of them? I’m currently focused on boxing, and a little kickboxing, with the intentions of adding in BJJ down the line. What are your favorites?
Thanks for bringing the fire each week,
Nick
I believe the meaning of a man’s life is to be as close to god as he can possibly be.
Now I don’t mean to say that he should be on his knees praying, but what I mean instead is that his actions should be good.
”Good thoughts, good words, good deeds.”
Does anyone know where this phrase comes from?
If you could change anything in the world, what would it be?
I’ve been loving the new podcast Vic.
As to the Emerald Tablet, I got 3 main things from the part you read:
1. It describes a Big Bang event similar to what Astronomers describe having had happened in the universe.
2. This Big Bang and what came after started as thought, then energy and finally matter. Thus, thought creates energy and then physical reality.
3. All time exists at the same time. Just like when driving down a road, the whole road exists at the same time. The part you passed still exists after you drove past it, the part you’re going to drive on already exists before you get there. According to the reading, time works the same way.
Keep the great content coming please!
All the best,
D
Hi Victor,
I notice you don’t sell all of your books on Amazon. Is there a reason for this?
Also, what has happened to New World Ronin? You mentioned in an earlier podcast that you made a mistake selling it on Amazon. Could you elaborate on this? Do you have plans to sell the book on your website? You obviously spent time and effort writing it, but it seems to have just disappeared. As a fan of the book and as somebody planning to release ebooks of my own, I am fascinated to hear the story behind it.
Tonight me and my friends just laid down on the bed at night and listened to your podcast together , made us laugh and got us talking. A really high quality informative entertaining and relaxing podcast! It feels like you are genuine and care about each person asking ! Thank you man!
Hey Mr Vic,
What are your thoughts about settling with an Eastern European woman in Thailand or South East Asia away from the western corruption of the traditional family? It’s cheap there, great climate, and plenty to do. I have some friends from Russia who live in Koh Samui Thailand and they already have two kids and life is good. Obviously money and work needs to be secured outside of Thailand ie working online or being sponsored by an overseas company.
Cheers,
Alex G
Hey Vic, I have a simple but important question-what is your blood type? My health got way better after reading and following the blood type diet book. Based on how well you do with meat, I’d guess you’re B or O. Cheers!
Curious how many of you have tried a strictly carnouvous diet? In my opinion it is the best way to shed fat and get ripped, by a long shot.
For the last few weeks I’ve switched to basically steak and eggs.. mixed in with some vegetables from time to time. I’ve noticed that after a meal, especially only steak, I do not feel lethargic as before… So definitely cutting out as much carbs from my diet from now on. Also loosing weight, but that also has to do with the fact that I’m eating less. On this diet I generally eat one a day and do not feel hungry.
What is your take on EMF exposure with wifi, phones, etc? Is it something that could be damaging our potential as humans?
You’re on fire, Vic.
How do you explain to guys that blue collar and “trade schools” aren’t the answer? I swear that’s the only advice for young, masculine men online. Blue collar jobs are slavery in a hard hat instead of a cubicle in my opinion, entrepreneurship is where it’s at.
Victor, what happens we die? do you think there is an afterlife? Does the soul continue to exist in some way? Does it disperse into the universe? Or do we simply cease to exist?
Victor,
I am 22 years old. I have a family history and a long grueling history myself with digestive issues. I’ve gotten all the tests done and they all point to IBS (no cure), poor digestion, and stress. A lot of people suggest a have suggested a vegetable based diet, but I do not feel good and fulfilled on that diet and it causes more stomach issues. What diet do you suggest, and do you have any books or resources available to learn more about the diet?
Thanks man
Try Siberian Pine Nut Oil, it’s a miracle for digestion. Also sounds like you could benefit from some probiotics as well. I used pine nut oil to cure my acid reflux of 3 years also killed h-pylori bacteria that I had in my stomach after being prescribed antibiotics that didn’t work. The one I use is from pinenutoil.org. I would probably recommend the one with 10% resin for your issue. This oil is extracted from pure, and ancient pine trees in Siberia Russia, it restores the alkaline balance in your gut. Stuff really works. For $45 a bottle I’d say it’s worth a try. I usually don’t comment but was grazing through and seen your comment so I thought to reply, just ordered my grandmother 2 bottles last week for her candida issues. (Takes care of that too).
Victor,
Thanks for your great in-depth reply to my question regarding spirits.
I have been thinking about your answer for the whole day yesterday and I have a follow up question. LEt me give you and the readers some background.
I am now 25 but 5 years ago when I was 20 I used to be drinking a lot of alcohol with this buddy of mine. You could perfectly describe us as ‘devils’ when we were drinking and we would take things to extremes during the nightlife. I very well resonate with the description that you gave where alcohol opens up the mind to spirits and beings because I would do and say things that I normally wouldn’t to other people.
I also developed a skin rash 5 years ago that I am still trying to get rid of. After some research I found out it is a yeast infection called candida albicans, and it became worse when I visitied Vietnam in 2015 (also got vaccinated then which might have aggrevated it). Right now diet and antifungals are a good way to reduce symptoms and slowly cure the infection.
After your description of Earthbound spirits being able to hold onto sick and weak bodies and also being able to enter minds under the infuence of alcohol a chord struck me that maybe I have some Earthbound spirits in me. The reason I am telling you this is that for quite some time I would envision horrible scenes and pictures in my mind when I would close my eyes. I would see suffering and demons and death. And I am completely sober for two years now btw because alcohol flares up my eczema. But I see these demonic images and combined with all this ecema and yeast I figured that maybe I have some Earthbound spirits in my body that are causing all this. I have been also quite sombre and negative in the past (although this is changing) but now that you talked about this yesterday
I was wondering if you also know a way to get rid of Earthbound spirits?
My apologies for the long text you can shorten it of course of give a closer description for the next podcast. I wanted to give you some background. I am completely off alcohol and drugs now for three years and exercizing everyday. Still my eczema and candida are not completely gone. Please help.
Hey Sebastian,
Thanks for sharing your story. This topic has fascinated me ever since I spoke in depth to a man who was a functioning heroin and crack addict. Even former drug addicts who don’t believe in other realms will describe benzos as “demonic” and “hellish” (just heard this the other day).
Anyone who is fascinated with this topic should look into L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. After getting involved in the Aleister Crowley occult crowd (elaborate rituals, sex magic, demon summoning), Hubbard got in contact with his “Holy Guardian Angel.” This Angel helped him write the book “Dianetics” which became a NYT self-help bestseller, and eventually the core text of Scientology. I don’t think he was a stable man to begin with, but the demons or whatever he was messing with didn’t help.
He did achieve great cultural and financial success with Scientology, but it was at the cost of a very rocky personal life. I highly recommmend the book “Going Clear: Scientology, Hollywood, and the Prison of Belief.” Most of the stuff people know about Scientology isn’t interesting at all compared to the stories about how the religion came to be (involves almost overthrowing a government during a sailing stop). Victor just e-mailed this podcast that I’m sure has similar info: https://soundcloud.com/lastpodcastontheleft/episode-261-l-ron-hubbard-part-i-grub-hubbard?mc_cid=716c446f95&mc_eid=9fb30125d9
Victor, you’ve accomplished so much in your life (best blog on the planet, greek god physique, boat loads of money, seen the world) – could you describe what life is like at the top? Where do you go once you have it all? Essentially, what is your purpose now? More of the same? To keep growing ? (as many accomplished people do – as they say the journey is the destination), or does your life now hold a a different purpose ? Asking because you were one of my childhood heroes. I voraciously read your blog in my early teens and it forever changed and shaped my life.
Ever thought about writing a “The Gentleman’s Guide to Modern American Dating (Part 2)? Part one was gold and the truth.
I think the beauty of the article is in the lack of a follow up. Some songs are made great by the rests and pauses. Part two is filled in by you.
Hi Vic.
I’m 20 years old, and I’m currently living with my father who pays for everything in the house while I go to college.
My question is how to not bullshit your father, and furtherance to it is how to deal with a sociopath who happens to be my father.
My only wish is for my father to develop health standards. Health is the first relationship you have with yourself before anyone else, and achieving happiness is having to move from result-oriented to process-oriented. (My dad is really opposite to me).
I truly get it that old dogs can’t learn new tricks as old habits die hard. And very much likely to have acknowledged that the world is made out of actions because life is what we make it out to be.
And well, wise sir, whatever actionable advice I take from you, best assured I am taking it to this world and continuing on living.
Thanks.
I do have a question for you as well.
I am interested in starting a podcast to accompany my blog as well.
Could you give us a run down of equipment needed, how to get onto iTunes, SoundCloud, and other media outlets?
Also any potential start up costs and what program you use to record and edit.
Thanks!
-Luke
Hey Uncle Vic, here’s my thoughts on the emerald tablet quote.
This dang tablet sounds like a load of bullshit but I’ll give it a go.
So the first couple paragraphs he’s talking about: “yada yada, I want more wisdom but everytime I learn something new, the goalpost gets moved further ahead”. Yup, us seekers of secret knowledge have all been there, am I right fellas? The more you learn about the secrets of the world the more complex everything gets. More and more esoteric knowledge is increasingly complex and demands a lot of life experience in order to understand it. That’s why the ancient mystics speak in riddles because the only way to explain extremely complex ideas is basically in riddles (that and it’s fucking hard to define/explain the secrets of life in words).
If you just flat out tell people what the secret of life is, they don’t get it, or they just laugh at you (which means they don’t get it). Victor has proved this multiple times where he explains a philosophy of his or tells you how to get rich and people are like: “but Uncle Vic how do I get rich?” and Uncle Vic just told you how to get rich… So the mystics say their secret wisdom in riddles to FORCE you to think about the ideas for hours on end because that’s the only way to get people to realize shit they don’t know. Remember this forever: “KNOWLEDGE CANNOT BE GIVEN”, it has to be earned, that’s just the way the human brain works. (Also I would argue reality is the same way, everything has to be worked for, nothing is free in this reality. We live in a participatory universe, YOU PAY TO PLAY in this universe. If you don’t put in the blood, sweat, and tears, you don’t get shit. Unless you’re lucky of course, but you’ll prolly lose whatever the universe gave you because you didn’t work for it and don’t know how to keep it. Kinda like how people win the lottery and lose it all in a few years, they didn’t work for the money and have no idea how to hold on to a lot of money.)
He says the “LORDS of the CYCLES” in the 3rd paragraph, maybe referring to humans who have transcended like Jesus or Buddha, and I’m sure many others throughout time (or he could mean the aliens that are running the show, or the people running the simulation, or whatever you think is running this whole thing). Then he says: “Even the LORDS of the CYCLES know that not yet have THEY reached the goal, For with all of their wisdom, they know that TRUTH ever grows.” So even though they’ve transcended, they still know that there’s more wisdom to be found, man that kinda fucking sucks. Even if you attain enlightenment/nirvana and get out of this reality the game STILL isn’t over yet. haha! (simulation anyone? sounds like if you beat the final level of the video game, you just get to another set of levels.)
Alright so then he talks to the Dweller and asks him about time. Seems like he’s talking about quantum theory and the beginning of the universe, he says “there existed no matter, only force, a movement, a vortex, or vibration of the
purposeful thought…” So in the beginning, the basic building blocks of matter in quantum theory were made of motion.
Apparently quarks and all that quantum theory stuff was originally made out of JUST motion, nothing else. So he could be referring to that?
(and to anyone saying: “Hey you dumb fuck, how did they know about quantum mechanics that’s impossible.” Well no fucking shit they didn’t know, but humans throughout time have intuited all kinds of insane shit they couldn’t possibly know.
Examples:
-“In the beginning God created the earth out of nothing.” What do we find out thousands of years later? The universe was started by the big bang which came from nothing. HMM LOOKS ODDLY FAMILIAR TO ME, maybe because that’s what all religions have been saying forever. (I think it’s actually because humans can’t imagine the universe starting in any other way. At first there was nothing, then TADA, there’s something!)
-The Buddhists and Eastern philosophy have been saying forever that this world is an illusion. Nowadays everyone is wet over the simulation theory which looks pretty damn credible.
-There’s a ton of “double helix = life” symbolism in lots of art throughout history. Then we find out DNA is a double
helix, huh who would have thought.)
Alright so paragraph 6 and 7, he’s asking the DWELLER about the eternal thought that made the universe. (eternal thought is basically God/or whoever started the simulation/or whatever it is you think started the whole shabang) So just by virtue of creating the universe, time was created as a consequence.
He says “time is the force that holds events seperate” and “you move through time as your consciousness moves from one event to another”. This is one of those lines (kinda like “Know ye that mystery is only mystery when it is knowledge
unknown to man.”), where you think: “Yeah no shit buddy, time is just the space between events. Got any other world
shattering insights Einstein?”
I dunno about paragraph 6 and 7, it sounds REALLY profound to me but at the same time kinda obvious. I’m prolly too dumb to see what he’s really saying. He could mean that time is static and doesn’t really move at all, it’s only us that moves through time. I think in physics this is true too (or at least someone really smart told me this lol), that we don’t move through the world, the world is actually moving around us and we are not actually moving (again kinda like a video game/simulation. your character in a video game doesn’t actually move in the game world, the world moves around your character).
2nd to last paragraph is the real pain in the ass. Here’s the real crux of this whole damn quote. He says that all things
exist even if they take place at different times. Sooooo, could be the past/present/future exist all at the same time? Or
maybe that you should always be thinking of how your present actions will affect your future self/the future in general?
Simulation people would say he means the simulation uses the exact same space, matter, and energy to simulate
past/present/future, kinda like the holodeck in Star Trek ya know? (basically past/present/future all take place on the
same theater stage/video game console/computer/movie screen/whatever you want to call it)
OHHHHHH or a really fucking radical theory could be: that in order to have an effect on reality/be effected by reality,
you (and all matter/energy) have to exist forever, constantly? Think about it, how could you get hit by a car in the
future if you aren’t also in front of the car in the future? You exist right now reading this, but you also exist in the
future in front of a car about to get hit (unless you’re reading this while crossing the street, in which case, adios
muchacho).
That’s prolly some circular-ass logic but whatever, this next thing is true for reals. There’s a proven thing
in physics that if you look up at a star at night, that star would not have sent that light millions of years ago to that
spot where you are standing UNLESS you were gonna be standing in that spot at that time to look up at the star (because
stars are really fuckin far away and their light takes millions of years to reach us). You have to exist everywhere at the
same time in order for it to be possible for events to effect you or for you to have an effect on reality. This whole
thought sounds like simulation theory again to me, kinda like how a video game has all the models, and graphics and stuff built into the code of the video game. This idea would vindicate the Buddhists/Taoists who say that everything is all one.
Welp, that’s all I got. Hopefully I was able to explain my view of this stuff in plain english to you dudes. I also have
not read any of the rest of the tablet, so I’m prolly full of shit. Sorry for taking up 1/2 the comment space Uncle Vic,
assuming you approve this comment. And for anyone who actually read all that: holy shit go do something productive with your time and stop reading nerd comments what the fuck. :)
Vic, what’s your opinion on the Existence of “God”?
If there is a God would you want to know about Him/Her and would you obey the Will of your Creator God or choose to do your own thing in life?

Victor,
You’ve touched on addiction before, but can you give a definitive solution to someone who is addicted to anything: cigarettes, caffeine, pills, etc.?

Have you used an air fryer to cook meat? I hear good things and am considering purchasing one.
Greetings from Canada Victor.
My question to you is: do you think Conor McGregor or Khabib Nurmagomedov will win in their next fight? It’s a true case of the humble, quiet man against an overconfident, outspoken man.
It seems like you’ve been studying more spiritual stuff lately, including psychic medium type stuff.
Many times when people have the types of negative experiences you talk about in this podcast it is because they jump into things haphazardly. Average people do not really understand spirits, demons, etc so it is very dangerous for them to open themselves up and interact with them. It’s really foolish and a big gamble.
The only way to really do it in a positive way is through God and the spirit of God. Anything else is a risk.
If you want to talk to a real legit psychic medium that prays beforehand and that can tell you stuff about your life, future, etc., look into Marlene from Caribbean Psychics.
I know her personally and her clients’ lives actually improve. I’ve been coming to this your site for a few years now and if you have a reading with her and don’t feel like it was legit, I will personally give you your money back. That’s how much I believe you’ll be impressed.
You can google her or just go to caribbeanpsychics.com to contact her.
Either way. Thanks again for the content.
All the best,
D
Let’s talk leadership.
I’ve never been a follower, but also never a leader. Mostly a lone wolf, I’ve had a tight circle of friends for the longest time I can remember. How can I transition from the lone wolf mentality to one where I am able to bring people to me and have them see me as a leader? What I’ve been doing so far is being more proactive in conversations, but additional advice would be appreciated.
PS thanks for replying to my previous question.
How do you manage your money? Especially at the time when you don’t have a lot of it.
Hi Vic!!
Two questions (thanks for doing this wonderful podcast weekly my brother).
1) Is it possible to thrive as a vegetarian? Pretty sure veganism = death but I know plenty of very healthy vegetarians who live long lives and are full of energy (eating yoghurt and eggs). The healthiest people I know are pescatarians-lean, mean, and they preen because they’re smart, healthy, and very flexible. Red meat seems to weigh you down, I feel heavy, and abandoned it. I felt decent as a pescatarian and at my best as a lacto-ovo veggie. Do you think there’s a genetic component? I am Indian.
2) If you have kids will it be with Missus Pride? I support you and will wish for your happiness regardless of which path u go, but I have friends with mix race children and the children are confused and the parents are deep down sad their kids don’t look like them. Plus there is an anti-white agenda. Not judging you, just passing on some thoughts as a reader who cares!
Keep rocking
Sachin
Do you think taking music lessons is a good idea for adults? Or do you perfer self-learning it from books and the Internet?
Can you share with us your experience and thoughts on learning the guitar and writing music?
Victor,
Here is a playlist of esoteric information told through an active occultist’s POV. Your story about earthbound spirits made me think of it.

For anyone else reading this is what an active magickal practice looks like… If you’re into that sort of thing.
Hey Victor,
VERY surprised that you’re in Kyrgyzstan. Most people dont know it exists.
I just passed by Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
The capita of Uzbekistan is nothing special on its own but incredibly cheap.
Going to the the nicest places in a neighborhood in the center:
Nice piece of steak $6-8 USD
Big Americano $1
Big piece of cake $1
Big ommellette with meat $3.50
Kazakhstan is more civilized and the cafe’s and restaurant are more expensive, but if you go to the Green Bazar:
1KG of horse meat: $8 USD
2.5KG of rib eye steak $12
Great meat eating cultures with fantastic mountains.
Victor, you’re wired for success. Were you always this way? Or did you take steps to change your mindset? What’s your take on affirmations and programming the subsconcious mind? Do you believe that the repetition of affirmations programs the subsconcious mind and changes a persons drive and behavior?
Subconscious*
If you can’t afford grassfed meat, is it still better to get cheap meat which is pumped with antibiotics etc. or is vegetarian superior to cheap meat?
What are the main traits of a great man?
What are the possessions that you travel with? How can someone minimize their expenses and possessions to live more freely?
What are some masculine hobbies that you recommend or partake in?
What are your views on video games and media?
How can you get more grounded and in touch with your body, as opposed to being stuck in your head all the time and zoning out?
Great question, I don’t know if you have the same issue as me, but I’ve always had trouble being grounded in the real world. Don’t go out much, don’t try anything new, not interested in going anywhere… Just read and think. Is this your issue too?
What is your advice to a 20 year old who has $10,000 saved and has no liabilities or debts?
Hallo Mister Victor Pride.
I was born and raised in Sweden. I have a education in construction engineering and have worked as a supervisor at an international construction company for 1 year.
I do not like Sweden and do not want to start a a family here for many reasons. (I am 25 y/old)
Now to the important point:
I want to move back to my roots (Middle East / North Africa). I am really tired of Sweden and want to create something over there and leave the “9-5 jive”.
I have my education in Construction engineering and 9500$ saved on my bank-account. Since education is free from Sweden i have no debt and can leave the country when I want.
Do you have some suggestions and important advice for me? Feel free to speak and keep up the good work!
Keep up the good work!!!!!
Great Podcast Victor,
I have a question if you still drink distilled water?
I do not trust water supply cleaning, nor pipping materials.
Greetings
Do you fear flying on an airplane?
Either way,how does somebody overcome that fear?
What do you think about the workout call Convict Conditioning?
Hi Vic, how are you? Here are my new questions:
1) If you stop using weights/machines after a long time and you relied solely on body weight exercises, how will you make your muscles still grow bigger or at least maintain your gains?
2) As a blogger yourself, what do you think is the future blogging from now on?
3) What book/s had inspired you to make a change in your life?
Hi Uncle Vic,
Question #1 was already answered in Podcast #5. Thanks for the answer!
Best Regards,
JP
Hi, Vic. I work from home, but some days I get really bored. What can I do?
Q2. It is normal to feel stressed or depressed after break a fasting state?
Thanks, man.
Victor,
Thank you for the podcasts. They are of excellent material and I really enjoy the direction that it’s going.
My question pertains to my technical abilities. I have some technical abilities like with databases, code, etc. How would one monetize this through a blog? The only other option I can think of is by doing consulting to bring in some cash.
Hey victor,
Can you watch this video on the Carnivore Diet and Saturated Fat? Would like to know your opinion on it.

Hi Victor, How can I get rid of my 24/7 anxiety and brain fog? I feel on edge all the time even though I eat right, sleep 8 hours per night and have been lifting weights for years. As well as this I regularly get very angry and frustrated, unable to control my emotions. I don’t take any drugs, alcohol and do not smoke, however I did grow up with an alcoholic mother which affected me a lot.
What is your view on having cheat meals? Have you commited to never eating junk foods such as pizza, fast food, cake and ice cream ever again? Also how would someone deal with social events and dinner parties when your diet is limited to only meat/fish?
Happened to stumble upon your site just today, looks like I’m gonna be having something to listen to while I get some work done for the day. Thanks! #newvisitor
Hey Vic,
I posted already in your latest article but I will post here as well to make sure you see it.
My question:
If you are a man with pride and a leader and a girl you are with starts to act like a typical female and start talking loud, do you overtalk her and shut that shit down, or do you act unphased and uninterested?
Victor, do you still have maids? I remember hearing on one of your Full Color Godcasts that you had some from Guatemala. What is a good way to get maids to clean for you. Do you recommend getting some?
Hi Victor I tried to buy a bottle of red growth but I see you still dont ship to Australia just wondering if you will be shipping to Australia anytime soon as I thought you said on one of your podcasts that you do ship to Australia now
