How many times have you said to yourself…
- I wish I could get up earlier
- I want to stop eating junk food
- I wish I could talk to girls
Too bad wishes and wants don’t mean anything.
It feels a whole lot better to say I DO instead of I wish. If you want to or wish to wake up earlier then there is one skill you need to cultivate, and that skill is called self-discipline.
You simply discipline yourself into waking up earlier until it becomes a habit. When it becomes a habit, it becomes routine, normal and ordinary.
Self-discipline turns into habit, and habits make life easy
Habits no longer requires self-discipline, they just become part of your daily life. And that’s the funny thing about self-discipline…
People think discipline is all about hard-work and sacrifice, but that’s just not true. Self-discipline is only hard at the very beginning, when you have none.
But here’s the funny thing: Life is so much easier when you exercise self-discipline.
Self-discipline is not the key to making life harder, it’s the key to making life better. It’s not about “restraint and self-control” or anything like that, it’s about making your life better.
You do it so you can feel good everyday, not because it’s “hard-work and sacrifice.” You do it because it makes you feel good, more energized, and better prepared for the day.
Self-discipline eventually becomes easy for this easy reason: You feel so damn good when you’re in control that you never want to go back to the old ways when you lacked the discipline necessary to feel like a million bucks.
When we implement good habits, which is difficult at first, they become habitual routine and we wonder to ourselves why on earth we ever did things differently.
Self-discipline turns into structure, and structure is the key to success
Self-discipline is really just another way of saying structure. When you structure your day the self-disciplined way is when you accomplish more.
No structure + no routine = no green ($$)
Structure + routine = keys to the green ($$)
Habit and routine are the cornerstone of success. No highly successful man got to the top by mere chance and haphazard, sporadic actions – only though steady habit and daily activities do we cultivate self-mastery and achieve our goals.
Like Conor McGregor said, “For me, structure is key to the billions.”
Forming a habit or routine is a matter of discipline. You’ve got to have discipline to turn a “want-to” into a daily habit. You’ve got to turn habits or no habits into good and productive habits.
When we let our bad habits come out, they do us no good. They give us momentary pleasure and lifetime of discomfort.
Self-discipline is the opposite, it gives us a moment of discomfort and a lifetime of pleasure.
Self-discipline turns into success, and success is the greatest form of pleasure
There is never success without discipline and there is never discipline without success. Self-discipline and success go hand in hand.
A lottery winner who wins millions of dollars will alway lose the money if they are not disciplined. A disciplined man with nothing will always turn nothing into something.
When your bad habits bring out the worst in you, the mindset just needs to be pushed in a new direction that will ultimately lead to a new, true and better YOU.
Self-discipline turns into preparation, and preparation turns into confidence
When you look and feel like shit, people treat you like shit. When you look and feel like a million bucks, people treat you like a million bucks.
When you accomplish something you set out to accomplish, self-discipline for example, you develop P R I D E.

HOW 30 DAYS OF DISCIPLINE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE
Many years ago I had no structure, no routine, and no self-discipline. I wanted to be an entrepreneur, I wanted to be in total control of life, finance and body, but I didn’t know where to start.
Then a funny thing happened randomly… I started following a few habits of self-discipline bit by bit until I was following 12 habits steadily.

Learn to love Mondays again.
Monday is the start of everything. It will determine the rest of your week. Most people dread Monday because they don’t have have the discipline to take care of the things they actually need to take care of.
Before they know it, another Monday happens and they haven’t moved closer to any of their fitness, business or women goals. They are going around in a circle.
The disciplined love Mondays because they are taking their challenges on headfirst before most people have even woken up.
When the next Monday arrives, the disciplined winner looks back on his week and sees accomplishment and progression. The disciplined winner then repeats the cycle.

Become more attractive to women
Let’s assess the situation. Who do you think women find more attractive?
A) Guys who spend their time in the dark, jacking off to endless streams of porn, finishing after about an hour, taking a nap, finally making it out into the sunlight (or not) and can’t even look them in the eye.
B) Guys who don’t spend their time playing with themselves for hours, are full of testosterone, have a deeper voice, and the ability to make eye contact.
Also, it’s a real nice feeling when girls start staring at you instead of you staring at them.
