Great-grandma and great-grandpa Pride lived to over 101 years old.
They lived on a farm and always had cows, hogs, and chickens. They also had a vegetable garden.
They ate beef, butter, bacon and eggs every day along with some natural vegetables that grew in the ground in Colorado.
Even though they were poor in wealth, they were rich in natural food and every meal they ate was based on a meat dish.
(Many people of the time were not so lucky and were stuck eating nothing but water gravy and homemade bread.)
They were so poor that didn't eat food from the supermarket and they didn't take any medicine at all.
Great grandma would barely even take a single Tylenol pill.
They lived to a very ripe old age and were aware and strong in their old age.
How is it that old folks today follow all the medical advice religiously and suffer seriously ill health and early death as a result?
According to data from the National Center for Health Statistics, the US life expectancy has dropped for the second year in a row.
How can people be dying earlier than they should when old folks today eat their low cholesterol diet and they take their litany of pills every day?
My great-grandparents did the exact opposite – they ate high cholesterol diets and took no medicine.
And they lived to be over 100 years old.
How did my great grandparents live so long when they did everything “wrong” and people today take all the “right” advice?
Actually, my great-grandparents did everything right and everybody who eats a low cholesterol diet is doing it wrong.
The truth is…
This statement seems so incredible that it takes a long time to clear one's brainwashed mind to fully understand its importance.
Yet the fact that people with high cholesterol live the longest emerges clearly from many scientific papers. Consider the finding of Dr. Harlan Krumholz of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Yale University, who reported in 1994 that old people with low cholesterol died twice as often from a heart attack as did old people with a high cholesterol.
Supporters of the cholesterol campaign consistently ignore his observation, or consider it as a rare exception, produced by chance among a huge number of studies finding the opposite …
People with low blood cholesterol are prone to various infections, suffer from them longer and are more likely to die from an infection.
A diet rich in cholesterol has been demonstrated to improve these people’s ability to recover from infections.
So, any person suffering from an acute or chronic infection needs to eat high-cholesterol foods to recover.
Cod liver oil, the richest source of cholesterol (after caviar), has long been prized as the best remedy for the immune system.
Those familiar with old medical literature will tell you that until the discovery of antibiotics, a common cure for tuberculosis was a daily mixture of raw egg yolks and fresh cream.”
Cholesterol has a bad reputation, but it is not deserved.
Saturated animal fats (aka cholesterol) form the basis of a healthy diet.
And if you don't eat cholesterol, you are not going to be very healthy.
Did you know…
- Cholesterol is not a deadly poison, but a substance vital to the cells of all mammals?
- Your body produces three to four times more cholesterol than you eat?
- The production increases when you eat small amounts and the production decreases when you eat large amounts?
- The “prudent” diet, low in saturated fat and cholesterol, cannot lower your cholesterol more than a small percentage?
- The only effective way to lower cholesterol is with drugs?
- The cholesterol lowering drugs are dangerous to your health and may shorten your life?
- You may become aggressive or suicidal if you lower your cholesterol too much?
- Polyunsaturated fatty acids, those which are claimed to prevent heart attacks, stimulate infections and cancer in rates?
- If you eat too much polyunsaturated oil you will age faster than normal?
- People whose blood cholesterol is low become just as atherosclerotic as people whose cholesterol is too high?
- Old people with high cholesterol live longer than old people with low cholesterol?
- High cholesterol protects against infections?
- Many of these facts have been presented in scientific journals and books for decades but proponents of the diet-heart hypothesis never tell them to the public?
- The diet-heart idea and the cholesterol campaign create immense prosperity for researchers, doctors, drug producers, and the food industry?
This impressive list of facts is taken from a very important book called The Choleseterol Myths: Exposing the Fallacy that Saturated Fat and Cholesterol Cause Heart Disease.
I highly suggest you give it a read so that you do not fall victim to the “high cholesterol” hoax.
As we have learned…
If you want to live you have to eat natural food which is high in cholesterol.
People who give up butter and eggs and bacon and switch to “low fat” alternatives like margarine actually give themselves heart disease rather than prevent it.
So if heart disease is not caused by the saturated animal fats, where does it come from?
It’s industrial fats and oils, not cholesterol and natural saturated fats, that cause heart disease … both hardened trans fats and rancid liquid oils lead to a train of biochemical events that result in hardened arteries.
What hardens the arteries is not cholesterol but calcium, which is built into the endothelial cells under certain conditions, namely the consumption of industrial fats and oils, along with nutrient deficiencies.
By taking drugs to lower cholesterol, the capacity to make new cells needed by our bodies is diminished.
Normal cholesterol in our food and bodies is not the culprit, but oxidized cholesterol—created by polyunsaturated oils and encouraged in diets low in protein, natural fat, vitamin D, B vitamins and magnesium, is the villain in the process that leads to hardened arteries and heart disease.”
What are polyunsaturated oils?
Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are fatty acids that contain more than one double bond in their backbone.
In a nutshell, they are…
PUFAs are the oils the doctors told you to replace your butter with.
These are the culprits:
Canola oil, Grapseed Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil, Generic Vegetable Oil, Walnuts Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Sesame Oil, Peanut Oil, Margarine, Flaxseed Oil.
(All “snacks” you can purchase in the supermarket have these oils in them – never buy anything with a list of ingredients a mile long.)
It is easy to understand why…
These oils are NOT NATURAL to humans and they can only be produced in factories with modern equipment.
These oils are industrial chemicals, they are not foods fit for human consumption.
It is these oils your doctors tell you to replace your real food with.
You give up butter, a real and natural food, to eat industrial waste.
Is it any wonder why so many of us are having heart attacks and dying of cancer?
Grandma and Grandpa lived on a farm all their lives. They ate eggs, bacon, butter, beef, and chicken every day of their lives.
They lived into old age with vigor.
You eat low fat turkey bacon, wheat bread and vegetable oils, you wash it down with soy milk, yet your body feels decrepit and you don't know why.
It is because you aren't eating natural food – CHOLESTEROL – aka saturated animal fat.
Did you know that the #1 “symptom” of cholesterol is … feeling good?
Hypercholesterolemia is the health issue of the 21st century. It is actually an invented disease, a “problem” that emerged when health professionals learned how to measure cholesterol levels in the blood.
High cholesterol exhibits no outward signs–unlike other conditions of the blood, such as diabetes or anemia, diseases that manifest telltale symptoms like thirst or weakness–hypercholesterolemia requires the services of a physician to detect its presence.
Many people who feel perfectly healthy suffer from high cholesterol–in fact, feeling good is actually a symptom of high cholesterol!
Doctors who treat this new disease must first convince their patients that they are sick and need to take one or more expensive drugs for the rest of their lives, drugs that require regular checkups and blood tests.
But such doctors do not work in a vacuum–their efforts to convert healthy people into patients are bolstered by the full weight of the US government, the media and the medical establishment, agencies that have worked in concert to disseminate the cholesterol dogma and convince the population that high cholesterol is the forerunner of heart disease and possibly other diseases as well.”
Does your body feel older than it actually is?
If so, it is a certainty that you are not eating cholesterol.
Cholesterol is what makes your body feel good, it is what gives you abundant health.
Stop listening to the bad advice given to you by the culprits of the high cholesterol myth (advice that is making certain doctors and certain drug companies rich beyond your wildest imagination).
I recommend you get wealthy too, because health is the real wealth.
If you are a religious person you can be sure that the participants in the high cholesterol hoax will all burn in hell for what they have done.
You, on the other hand, must save yourself.
None of them are here to help you – it is up to you to help yourself.
And you can easily help yourself by following this one simple step…
Don't eat foods that were created in factories and laboratories.
Do eat a lot of saturated animal fats like: eggs, butter, and fatty meat.
Never use polyunsaturated fatty oils to cook with. Never eat out at restaurants, they all use industrial oils to cook with.
Always cook with butter, ghee, lard, or tallow. Coconut oil and olive oil can also be used.
Eat only natural, grassfed meat because commercially raised livestock are fed a diet high in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and will have high levels of PUFA in their meat.
If great grandma and great grandpa could eat it, you can eat it.
If it didn't exist in the past, don't eat it.
Eat the food that mother nature wants you to eat.
Don't eat the foods created in a factory.
Abundant health is as simple as that.
