Subj: So you want to get rid of brain-fog
Brain fog is a hard thing to deal with but an easy thing to overcome.
I know because I used to have brain fog big time. I killed it by following this brain fog battle plan.
You can kill brain fog too, but you must follow these steps.
It's easy to think “these steps are so easy, there's no way they work. I'll just suffer through brain fog like a stupid person.”
These 8 steps do work to kill brain-fog forever.
Follow them in this specific order…
1) Drink more water
Always drink more water as the first line of defense against brain-fog.
You are dehydrated, this is why you feel brain fog. Drink water to stop being dehydrated and avoid brain fog.
If you are experiencing brain fog, it is an absolute guarantee that you did not drink enough water yesterday and the day before.
Accumulated dehydration leads to brain fog, simple as that.
Do you want to cure brain fog? Drink more water immediately.
Each time you feel brain fog, take at least 2 cold glasses of water.
Then continuously drink water throughout the rest of the next several days.
2) Breathe deeply through your nose
If you have brain fog even after you have drunk enough water, it is almost certainly because you are holding your breathe.
Yes, I know it sounds “too easy.” Did you ever think you are brain-fogged because you try to make everything too complicated and your brain doesn't like it?
I cannot count the number of times I was brain-fogged like a buffoon, only to realize I was holding my breathe. Many many other people are the same way.
When we read, hear, do or see something we don't like we start to hold our breathe. But we don't know we're doing it, this is the problem.
We simply don't recognize that we are not breathing.
Next time you feel brain fog, literally check to make sure you are breathing. 9 times out of 10 you will be unconsciously holding your breath.
Breathe deeply, slowly, and fully through your nose until the brain fog goes away. Easy peasy.
3) Go for a walk outside (and breathe fresh air)
If you live in an apartment, it is easy to be breathing oxygen deprived, carbon enriched stale air that makes you stupid.
Get outside, go for a walk and breathe fresh air.
The walking and the fresh air will stimulate new ideas in your brain and make you feel better.
4) Sleep well
If you are not getting enough sleep it is causing your brain fog.
You look for all of these other causes but you neglect the simple things.
If you are frequently experiencing brain fog, you must sleep more. It is as simple as that.
Lack of sleep causes brain fog. You could look at 10,000 other causes of brain fog but unless you are sleeping well, your brain fog will never go away.
Try to not use an alarm clock and wake up naturally when you are well rested.
If you are waking up too early and going to bed too late, your brain fog will not go away.
If you are getting enough sleep, without needing to jump out of bed to a screaming alarm clock, your brain fog will go away.
5) Avoid MSG in your diet
If it isn't water or breathing that is causing your brain fog, it is probably the food you are eating.
Look at these foods in particular: wheat, sugar and any food with MSG.
In my opinion, MSG causes brain fog and is the biggest killer of brain cells in the world. Most of the brain fog in the world that is caused by diet likely comes from MSG.
MSG is hidden in many foods so try your best to eat whole natural foods rather than store bought “already made” foods.
If something tastes too good to be true, it's because it has hidden MSG or tons of sugar and fat. It is always one or the other.
Regular tastes good, but regular food never tastes “amazing.”
Only chemicals taste amazing, and the price you pay for the great taste is brain fog.
Avoid wheat and bleached white sugar. Use natural sugars like beet sugar, coconut sugar, palm sugar, and other natural sugars. Brown sugar is also ok.
If it isn't water, breathing, or diet, it's this: estrogen. Estrogen makes a bitch out of everyone.
Estrogen makes you dumber and dimmer than anything.
If you've tried the previous five remedies and you still have brain fog, then you probably have a real nasty case of high estrogen on your hands.
High estrogen is easy to fix: take 3 capsules of RED-PCT every day for 3 weeks.

Caffeine can cause brain fog if you drink too much of it. A little caffeine is great, a lot of caffeine leads to brain fog.
The best thing to do is to cycle your caffeine.

This never gives my brain too much of a chance to overuse caffeine, thus I'm able to stay away from caffeine induced brain fog.
I also try to limit myself to only one or two cups of coffee per day. One trick I have is to drink one cup of coffee over several hours.
I keep my coffee in a thermos or a paper/cardboard take-away cup with a lid – this is so the coffee stays hot and I can enjoy it over a long period of time.
If you drink from a mug, the coffee will get cold fast. What do you do when the coffee gets cold fast? You drink the coffee even faster.
Stay smart and drink your coffee slowly.
